This warranty provides 10-Year Structural Coverage on the home from the plant from the date of occupancy or transfer of title on designated load-bearing parts of the home covered from frame up on qualifying structural defects.

Warranty for Manufactured Home Installed on a Permanent Foundation (Optional Builder/Retailer Coverage)

• HUD-approved for FHA, VA and RHS financing
• Ten-Year limited structural warranty coverage that includes the footings and foundation system of the home
• One-Year surety coverage for limited workmanship and materials
• Two-Year surely coverage for limited systems
• Fully transferrable increasing resale

When you join the program 2-10 HBW becomes your warranty administration team and helps you manage homeowner calls and complaints. We offer proactive protection for builders and homeowners through building inspections and risk management procedures to help ensure quality homes.
