2-10 HBW offers the most complete and comprehensive risk management programs available. The 2-10 HBW Product coverage starts on the day of closing and offers one-year builder’s workmanship coverage, two-years of builder’s systems coverage, and 10 full years of insurance-backed structural defect coverage on qualified load-bearing components.

HUD-Approved

2-10 HBW can provide most builders enrollment verification in 24-48 hours to satisfy FHA/VA insured loan requirements. At CLOSING 2-10 HBW can confirm that the home is enrolled in a HUD-approved warranty program.

Sales Support

2-10 HBW Builder Members have access to FREE professional brochures, flyers and signage to help SELL MORE HOMES by letting buyers know that their home is covered by a third-party warranty.


Additional Optional Coverage

As a builder you can offer optional extended coverage on systems and appliances for up to 4 years in most states. Most manufacturers’ warranties expire after the first year of home ownership. You can make this value-added program available to your homeowners.

Warranty Administration

When you join the program 2-10 HBW becomes your warranty administration team and helps you manage homeowner calls and complaints. We offer proactive protection for builders and homeowners through building inspections and risk management procedures to help ensure quality homes.
